New Roof?

I've been trying to get a new roof since the start of spring.  I got bids for different contractors, and decided on the one with local experience.  Problem is that they were too busy to get to it right away.  It got to the point that I went to their office in late August and they said sorry just to busy.  I resigned myself to the fact that it wouldn't get done.  Then, out of the blue, they called me Monday morning and said they would be over today to start on the roof.  Finally, oh wait.  I'm not going to get my hopes up.  I see it is suppose to rain and snow for the rest of the week.  Guess that's why I wanted it done in the SUMMER!
