Beartooth Mountains

A Canadian firm has been granted permission to explore new mining areas in the Beartooth Mountains south of Nye. Montana residents have mixed opinions on the news.

Over the weekend we took a road trip to Cody. It never seizes to amaze me the scenery on that trip. The mountains are always nice to look at. This is a shot of the Beartooths coming out of Cody.

This is my view out of my Studio.  Normally I can see the Beartooth Mountain Range.  I haven't been able to even see Laurel for what seems like weeks!  This smoke is getting old.  What we need is a good downpour.  We need it for a couple of reasons...
