A new fresh-casual restaurant is opening in Midtown Billings on March 23. We stopped by Westpark Promenade to sneak a peak at Crisp & Green.

29 years of great food and fond memories will come to a close this year. Chef Carl is retiring and Juliano's will close the end of December.
