Montana's Attorney General has raised concerns about the proposed railroad merger. Both of Montana's US Senators have raised concerns. And now BNSF Railway is speaking out here in Montana as well.

One place you may want to reconsider taking photos is the railroad track. While it may seem absolutely gorgeous if the photos work out, going out to take photos there may cost your wallet or your life.

Here's my take: huge, powerful companies like BNSF should stop pretending like they're "the little engine that could." Instead, they should stand up for the men and women that power these companies. They should use their power to go after the Biden Administration's federal overreach like a freight train instead of trying to railroad their employees.

BNSF: "With volumes lower than anticipated due to several factors, including changes in the coal and energy sector, the number of rail cars and locomotives moving on our network and thus repairs needed, have decreased."
