How many of you were one of those kids in the 1980s when movies like Footloose and Dirty Dancing were constantly on TV? I got a kick out of the fact that a bunch of high school kids in Bozeman apparently had to "cut footloose" and head to Big Timber, Montana for the big school dance.
Usually it's the dads with the guns before prom night, but this is Montana- the ladies have it covered. These young ladies are all sophomores at Broadview High School. They play several sports. Oh yeah, and they know how to shoot.
Homecoming is a blast. But a whole week of spirit gets to be a little bit much for parents sometimes. Especially when the kids wait till the last minute to let me know they need something for Wacky Hat Day, Tie Dye Tuesday, Decade Day or Twins Day.
