Even though he's one of the biggest rock stars on the planet, Slash isn't too big to take the stage with the little people.

When you're one of the most famous guitarists on the planet and you're making a move into filmmaking, it's pretty much a given that you're going to make an appearance on your first movie's soundtrack, right?

When Slash's kids get back to school in the fall and have to write about what they did on their summer vacation, we know at least one of the items on their list: traveling to the Mediterranean island of Ibiza, where their famous dad had some fun in the sun (and in a nightclub).

The final concert of Slash's U.S. tour with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators will be streamed online. The show -- which is in support of his most recent album, 'Apocalyptic Love' -- will take place at the House of Blues in Las Vegas on Thursday (July 25) at 9:00PM Pacific.

Slash surprised fans of Anthrax at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (March 27) by taking the stage to play guitar on 'T.N.T.,' the AC/DC song Anthrax chose for their new album of covers called 'Anthems.' The band turned in a pretty convincing rendition, captured on the fan video below.

Few things kill a day's productivity for us more than a new update from one of the Angry Birds games. So as rock fans, we were thrilled to get a bit of a surprise today (March 7) when we saw that the latest version of Angry Birds Space features Slash, whom creators Rovio branded an 'honorary Angry Bird' in the update's notes.

This morning (March 5), a Czech court cleared Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe of charges related to the 2010 death of a fan at a concert. Following the acquittal, many of those in the rock community, including former Guns N' Roses members Slash and Duff McKagan, took to Twitter to voice their approval and show their support. Their tweets are embedded below.

Conventional wisdom says that when it comes to relationships, opposites attract. Besides keeping things interesting, differences of opinion often lead to engaging, mind-expanding discussions.

Although there is 17 years difference between the two, Alice Cooper and Slash have plenty in common, including a love of heavy rock, living on the edge and top hats. So it makes sense that the two would jam together, as they did on on Thursday (Jan. 31).
