Since January, the players with The Billings Bullets Semi-Pro Football team have been practicing and getting geared up for their first game against the Gallatin Valley Snow Devils this Saturday, April 7 at 3:00 p.m..  The 4 home games of the 2012 season will be played at Daylis-Wendy’s field on the Billings Senior High campus. The Billings Bullets are part of the RMFL (Rocky Mountain Football League).  The season goes from April 7 through June 9.  The other Montana teams are from Missoula, Bitteroot, Gallatin Valley and Helena.  There are also teams from Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Nevada.  Be sure to log onto The and their Facebook page for ticket prices and schedule.

The Billings Bullets have 48 players on their roster and play 11-man tackle football.  If you didn’t get enough football after the Super Bowl, then take your family out and watch them play this Saturday afternoon at Daylis.

Coach Scott Rimer joined me on the K-Bear Morning Show.

Come watch and you will likely see a local player or two on the team that you know from past high school or college days!
