The Greatest Fu Manchu Mustaches Of All Time – A Birthday Tribute to Glenn Frey

Today, legendary Eagles member Glenn Frey turns 65 years young.  To celebrate this historic milestone, we're proud to present:  The Glenn Frey Awards for Excellence in Facial Hair.  Through the better part of the 70's, Frey rocked one of the most bitchin' Fu Manchus of all time.  It was an epic 'stache of historic proportions.

Few men can rival Frey when it comes to the Fu Manchu fashion.  Hall of Fame Jets QB Joe Namath had a pretty sweet fu back in the day.

Hulkamania has been running wild since the 80's and so has Hulk Hogan's rockin' Fu Manchu.

Namath and Hogan aren't the only professional athletes to sport the Fu.  Take, for example, Minnesota Vikings Pro Bowl Defensive Tackle Jared Allen.

Of course, the Fu Manchu has also shined on the big screen.  Who could forget Ben Stiller's classic turn as White Goodman in the 2004 film "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story".

And, finally, the Glenn Frey Award for Lifetime Fu Manchu Achievement goes to its namesake, legendary actor and director, the original Fu Manchu.  It's one thing to star in over 200 films, it's another thing to have a style of facial hair named in your honor.
