The Simpsons Tapped Out is FINALLY on Android Devices

Yes! It's finally here! If you're wondering why the hell I'm jumping around the studio in totally uncalled for excitement well, it's because I finally got my hands on something I've been pining for for a very long time.

The Simpsons Tapped Out is a mobile game that's been exclusively on the iOS platform (that means iPhone and iPADs only) for over a year. Well that hasn't settled well with me for a couple reasons.

#1 I am one of the biggest Simpsons geeks of ALL TIME! To this day it's probably my favorite show of all time. I have all available seasons on DVD and I can throw Simpsons quotes at you for hours on end!

#2 I'm staunchly in the Android camp. I refuse to support Apple's products and I have never been a fan of either their iPhone or their iPad devices. So it's been a very bitter pill to swallow watching all my iPhone friends enjoy this awesome game.

So what the hell is The Simpsons Tapped Out? Well the best way I can describe it, is imagine a cross between Sim City and Farmville. Here is a rather lengthy video of the game in action, so you can get an idea of what I am talking about.
