Billings Burglar Offers Heroin To Homeowner

If you've ever been unfortunate enough to have your stuff stolen, you know how terrible it feels.  Even if they just took junk you were going to throw away anyway, you would still feel violated and likely unsafe in your own home.

I have been through that and I can tell you straight up:  I hate a thief.  However, for some reason I feel sorry for Christopher Dayell Bittner who got caught in the act of robbing a house this past Saturday.

The homeowner and his seven year old son happened to come home while Bittner was in the process of ripping them off.  We all know that surprising a burglar can sometimes be a fatal case of "wrong place, wrong time", but in this case it went quite a different way.  Bittner offered to sell the homeowner a guitar he happened to have with him as well as throw in some free heroin.

The offer was declined, Bittner was picked up by the cops and he is now the subject of many "stupid crooks" stories across the U.S.  Hopefully Mr. Bittner will decide that there are better ways to live life that don't involve crawling through the windows of people's homes.
