When you see the Medal of Honor worn by an American hero in person for the first time, it will stop you in your tracks. Medal of Honor recipient Leroy Petry was in Billings, Montana Thursday night speaking at a fundraiser for an organization called "Veteran Air Warriors."

Wyoming may be known as one of the friendliest states in the nation when it comes to cryptocurrency, but Montana can have the same opportunities. That's the word from tZERO Vice President Rob Christensen, who is delivering a lecture on blockchain technology at Rocky Mountain College Thursday night.

We did get a taste of fall weather on Saturday in Billings, but Summer doesn't officially end until September 23, and the forecast shows at least 10 days with highs in the 90's.

Tomorrow, (Saturday) it's the Balloons over Billings 2019 Glow and Festivities hosted by the Big Sky International Balloon Rendezvous.

The gates open at 4 pm with the opening ceremonies at 7 pm.

It's an event featuring some of the best restaurants, breweries, and distilleries under the Big Sky. And it's all to benefit a great cause- Warriors & Quiet Waters.

VP Pence landed in Billings around noon Wednesday before delivering remarks at Riverside Health Care following a meeting with the HIDTA Task Force. The motorcade carrying VP Pence then traveled to a neighborhood near downtown Billings where the delegation got to meet with some young Montana moms who are recovering from meth addiction.
