A personal posting. It is Easter Sunday!  It is also 420 which over the years has been "Pot Day".  We chose the Easter holiday to relish in today, of course!

The choice my family is left with now is where do we eat and what do we eat on Easter Sunday?  We have about 16 people coming for Easter dinner and for the first time in as long as I can remember we have chosen to eat out for this blessed holiday!

The "at home" meal took place Saturday night with a hamburger and veggie grill pack BBQ with potato salad and radishes on the side and home made cheese cake for dessert as well as Keri's neon "Angel Eggs"!

However we forgot to put out the radishes and potato salad, so we had those items for lunch on Easter Sunday.

The next choice was where to eat for Easter Sunday dinner?  We have family and friends in town visiting.  Bobby, our oldest son is off work.  Devin, our youngest has to work.  So to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak we choose to dine where Devin works so he could kind of be a part of our feast!  We are enjoying dinner at Outback Steakhouse.

Enjoy your family and friends for the rest of this Easter weekend and get back to the grind on Monday, April 21st.

Did you dine in or out for your Easter Sunday dinner?
