Metallica's Orion Music + More festival just got a little more awesome with the reveal of several new acts that have been added to the bill. Highlighting the new additions is the reunion of Robert Trujillo's onetime project Infectious Grooves.
After the success of last year's Orion Music + More festival, the members of Metallica were pretty confident that they'd bring it back for a second year. But will the band play entire albums during their sets, like they did last year? Drummer Lars Ulrich was non-committal on the subject when speaking with Revolver.
It’s no surprise that Metallica’s inaugural Orion Music + More Festival earlier this year in Atlantic City, N.J., was a major success, and now the legendary metal act has announced plans for the 2013 edition of the concert event.
Metallica will headline both nights of their own two-day music festival on June 23 and 24 in Atlantic City N.J., reportedly performing their entire self-titled “Black Album” at one show and 1984′s ‘Ride the Lightning’ at the other.
