Those who've seen Alter Bridge know that the foursome can bring the "heavy" with the best of them when it comes to the live show, but now imagine that experience backed by the power of a full 52-piece orchestra. That's what happened in October 2017 when the band ventured off to London's iconic Royal Albert Hall for a special performance with the Parallax Orchestra, and they've now decided to document that occasion with a new live album and DVD.

Live at the Royal Albert Hall will be released via Napalm Records on Sept. 7, with the band launching the promotion of the project by releasing the performance video for "Addicted to Pain" from the show as the lead single. You can embrace the full power by watching the clip above.

“I think out of all the years of doing this [music], this experience is the top two or three highlights without a doubt. It’s something that none of us are going to forgot,” said vocalist Myles Kennedy of the bucket list moment.

Recorded over two nights, the set gave the band a chance to play with arrangements a little given that they had a full orchestra to bring into the fold. Tracks like "Before Tomorrow Comes," "Ghosts of Days Gone By," "The Last Hero" and "Broken Wings" find a fresh approach, while the previously unplayed "Words Darker Than Their Wings" got its live debut. The full track listing for the set can be found below.

The band has also revealed that a portion of the proceeds from sales of the set will go to the Future Song Foundation, an organization that Myles Kennedy is closely involved with. Those interested in Live at the Royal Albert Hall can pre-order the set ahead of its Sept. 7 street date in Blu-Ray, CD, DVD and vinyl formats as well as in bundles with exclusive content.
