Have you ever gone through a part of your life and wondered if what you were doing was a good thing for you to do?

I have been battling one of those thoughts for the past couple of months and I am not sure I can make the change.

I will be the first to admit that I have an addiction and I love it. I have a very personal relationship with soda pop. It is very much a part of who I am. I have a refrigerator in my office at work that is usually full of it. When it gets a little low, I find myself right back at the store refilling it again and again.

I have been questioning those thoughts though. The past few weeks or so I have replaced the pop with water with flavoring in my desk drawer. It suffices but doesn't have the kick that soda does.

The problem is as I progress with age, the worse I feel by drinking it. That's how I know I have a problem. It would be like breaking up with someone I truly love if I gave it up totally though and that bothers me.

The manufacturers have done an excellent job by get me hooked.
