Why Being Left Off This List Is A Good Thing For Montana

While some of the recent attention Montana has gotten from shows like "Yellowstone" has made some people wish we could go back to being forgotten about, it is nice to show up on "best of" lists.

This time, however, not being a part of this "top 100" list is actually a very good thing and something we all should be proud of.

Wallet Hub is a website that just a few days ago put together a list of the top 100 cities in America that are overweight.

Can you believe that not one Montana town made the list? Pretty impressive, if you ask me.

It's Not Just Montana But Our Neighbors Too

Turns out that living in a place that has plenty of outdoor activities to participate in can keep you in shape and not overweight, as North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming all were absent from this list.

People can make jokes about how there is nothing to do in our state, but it turns out all those great outdoor activities that Montana offers like hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, among other things can keep you healthy.
