The Navy SEAL and the coach. Montana Senator Tim Sheehy (R-MT) joined former Auburn Coach and Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) on Fox Business with Larry Kudlow.

What about "one, big, beautiful bill?"

Sen. Sheehy: "I agree 100%- agree with coach. Listen, we have a mandate, and from the popular vote to the electoral vote to the Senate to the House, we swept the table in this election, and people want results. So we shouldn't be bogging ourselves down in process. We have to get things done and get things done fast. And honestly, if it's one bill, two bills, 15 bills- at the end of the day, let's get it done. And right now, it sounds like the momentum is behind one big, beautiful bill- so let's get it done."

What about President Trump's idea to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America?

Senator Sheehy: "Think it's a great idea, and I was very happy to hear you mention the Monroe Doctrine in your opening statement, because that's something that we've let slip away as America. For a long time, our doctrine has said we are going to control our hemisphere. We are going to be the arbiter of what happens or does not happen in our region. And as we know in the past 20 years, China, Russia and a lot of other people that do not have the best interests of America and our economy have started to take over, not just economic interests, but in fact, military interests in our region. We have Russian ships going to the port in Venezuela and Cuba all the time. So we need to make sure we reinvigorate our presence throughout the hemisphere and throughout the world. And this is part of that movement, I support it."

Senator Sheehy is also weighing in on the devastating wildfires in California (nationally syndicated radio host Mark Levin was quoting Sheehy on air Wednesday afternoon and is scheduled to have Sheehy on air)
