Journalists Shocked! Native Americans in Montana Eat Bison

This is NOT the Babylon Bee: White Liberals SHOCKED to Learn that Native Americans Eat Bison. The horror! 

Man, I was dying laughing when I saw this story shared by the Billings Gazette. "A deal to end the government shutdown is too late for about 30 bison on the Fort Peck Reservation in northern Montana." The headline then read, "Tribes that restored buffalo are killing some to feed people during the shutdown."

The way the Billings Gazette framed the story on social media was hilarious. Did the woke, white liberals writing these headlines just now figure out that Native Americans eat bison?

A friend of mine in Kalispell, Ron Catlett, joked, "the blood of the bison is on Schumer's hands!" A reference, of course, to the government shutdown that was led by Senate Democrat Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). So all these bison are dead because Chuck Schumer and the Democrats shut down the government.

Scott Ulrich sarcastically replied on X, "No tribe has ever eaten a buffalo until the shutdown."

Nick Sheedy: Nuts. It's as if people are so far removed from reality that they don't realize that bison are raised as livestock, just like cattle. The tribes (and nearly everyone else who raises bison) regularly harvests their livestock. And this is the time of year that you butcher!
