Man Falls From a Cliff in Billings

American Medical Response, deputies, police and firefighters all responded to the report of a man who fell off a cliff on Wednesday.  It was near the Jim Dutcher trail in Two Moon Park. The man was chasing after his dog when they both went over a cliff.  It took about 45 minutes to rescue the man and he was taken to a local hospital.
