Payless Shoes to Close in Billings

In April of 2017 Payless filed for bankruptcy, closing hundreds of locations nationwide. It reorganized and cut it's debt; but the changes weren't enough as Payless filed Chapter 11.  This second bankruptcy will close all 2,500 stores including the two here in Billings. Payless is following other big retails by closing its doors including Shopko, Herberger's and Toy R Us.
