School Lock Down in Billings

Billings Public School administrator Dave Cobb said a parent entered Orchard Elementary School Thursday afternoon acting disoriented and shouting for children.  The school went into a temporary lock down. Police interviewed the man but did not detain him and decided there was no threat to the school. The lock down was lifted and the children were released.
