Did you know that masks are no longer required by the federal government on school buses in Montana? Here's the memo from the Montana School Boards Association.
I had a couple people reach out and ask me, "Hey, what ever happened with that story about the 8 year old kid in Livingston, Montana who was kicked off the school bus for not wearing a mask?"
If masks work, why aren't they working? That's a good question that Dan Bongino frequently asks on his nationally syndicated radio show. (h/t Dave in Kalispell)
He travelled all over the state, and met with countless Montanans. He did that for the entirety of the pandemic without testing positive for COVID-19. Then last week, he gets the COVID-19 vaccine, and boom- he tests positive for COVID-19. And the liberals went on the attack.
Think about, if you were a kid in Texas, you still got to go to school. You largely didn't have to wear masks. And you still got to play "Friday Night Lights" football. Just minutes away, right across the border- you got none of that. No school. No football. And you better wear a mask everywhere.
I know we're all getting tired of talking about masks, but school kids in Montana are sick of being forced to wear masks. And now, students in Kalispell have been planning to protest.
The announcement was made as Governor Gianforte signed Senate Bill 65 into law. SB 65 is the COVID-19 liability protection bill that the governor said he wanted to have in place prior to lifting the statewide mask directive.
