‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′ Clips Uncover New Story Details, New Look at Chris Cooper’s Norman Osborn
'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' has its share of secrets that director Marc Webb has been keeping (or trying to keep) from the public, like what the mysterious Oscorp Industries is really up to underneath its facade, but three new preview clips from the film have revealed a bit more of what's coming.
Narrated by comic book legend Stan Lee, who will make a cameo appearance in 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2,' the new clips from 'Kellogg's The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Web-Slinging Game' not only tease the villainous happenings within Oscorp, but also reveal a plot point that brings in Dane DeHaan's Harry Osborn to the story. Norman Osborn (played by Chris Cooper), head of Oscorp, makes his first healthy appearance in the new footage, revealing that he will pass away (or will he?) and leave his company in the hands of his son.
We also get to see more clips of Jamie Foxx as Electro, who transforms into the electricity-wielding villain after a mishap at Oscorp, and Paul Giamatti's Rhino, who's looking to score some plutonium. In addition, we know through previously released images that DeHaan's Harry will become the Green Goblin by the end of the film, though the character's full involvement has yet to be revealed.
We'll soon know all when 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' hits theaters May 2, but until then, check out the latest clips above and below.
