What If ‘Dumb and Dumber’ Was a Dramatic Film?

Editing is a powerful tool, and this trailer is a perfect example of what you can with some creative editing. Thanks to Josh Rocklage we have an answer to the question we've always asked ourselves, "what if we took the story of Dumb and Dumber a lot more seriously?"

When viewed through this angle, Loyd's infatuation with this woman is actually quite creepy. His obsession is so encompassing that his friend Harry is too afraid to object and becomes swept up in Loyd's madness.

Here's another perfect example of some creative editing. At one point David Lynch was offered the chance to direct 'Return of The Jedi', the third installment in the Star Wars movie series. David Lynch is the man who directed 'Twin Peaks', 'Blue Velvet', and 'Eraserhead'. His movies are nuts, and this is a great example of what could have been.
