Who Plays the Piano in Downtown Billings?

How great is it that there is a piano just waiting to be played in downtown Billings? Do you play? I took piano lessons but had a horrible teacher so I never played again.  That's right, it was her fault.  Not mine.  Just because I didn't show up on time and never practiced.  That poor woman, I was a rotten child.

Where did the piano come from?  How long has it been there? Just have to know the story.  Please comment below, fill me in.
