Q2 reports on a shooting outside of an apartment complex at 801 South 28th Street in Billings. Paramedics treated a male victim for a gunshot wound to the neck. He was still conscious and breathing.

According to Billings Police Chief Rich St. John, the shooting occurred about 1:30 p.m. inside of the apartment building where a juvenile male fired a couple of rounds from a hand gun. St. John said the victim was the ex-boyfriend of the shooter’s mother. He was transported to the St. Vincent Healthcare Emergency.
