Black Crowes Announce Fall Tour Dates

Black Crowes
Ross Halfin

After a two-year break, the Black Crowes are once again soaring. In March, the band broke its hiatus with the Lay Down With Number 13 tour, which included sold-out dates in the U.K., a few festival gigs and a spot opening for a couple of Bruce Springsteen‘s stadium concerts.

Now the group has announced a new set of tour dates for the fall, which start on Sept. 5 in Cooperstown, N.Y., and end on Dec. 14 in San Francisco. In between, the Crowes will play more than two dozen shows across the country, including three-night stands in Denver and Los Angeles.

The band has been mixing up set lists night after night, reaching into its deep catalog, which goes back almost 25 years now. They released a live album, ‘Wiser for the Time,’ in March that spotlights some of the songs they’re playing on tour.

In the meantime, the Black Crowes just kicked off a co-headlining tour with the Tedeschi-Trucks Band that runs for the next month. The fall tour dates pick up a couple weeks after that run ends. You can see the full itinerary for the Crowes’ Lay Down With Number 13 fall tour dates below.
