Freezing Our Rocks Off — A Soundtrack for a Cold Day

Winter has reared its ugly head once again.  For those about to freeze, we salute you.  Here's a list of rockin' cold weather songs that might help warm you up on a frigid day.

Foreigner - "Cold as Ice".  This could be our theme song today.
The Rolling Stones - "She's So Cold".  This one's for the ladies.
Stevie Ray Vaughan - "Cold Shot".  We could go for a shot or two on a day like this.
Kiss - "Cold Gin".  Did we mention we could really go for a shot right now.
Alice Cooper - "Cold Ethyl".  Ok, so this song is about necrophilia, but it's still apprapos.
Rainbow - "Stone Cold".  If you're working outside, hope you're keeping your stones warm.
Ratt - "Way Cool,  Jr."   Probably not the kind of "Way Cool" the guys in Ratt had in mind.  But everyone in Billings is "way cool" today.

Like Led Zeppelin said in the  "Immigrant Song", we come from the land of the ice and snow this week.    Sadly, not even our friend Steve Miller can keep heat things up "in the winter time, when the leaves are brown and the wind blows, so chill".  But look at it on the bright side, at least we're not walking with Axl Rose in the cold November Rain.
