Parking Garage Etiquette – It’s Necessary!

So myself and Andy West from Cat Country 102.9 were coming back to the office yesterday and we came across this depressing scene. We park all of our station and personal vehicles in the Parking Garage, it's only five stories and of course parking space is at a premium. Because of the tight and close quarters there really is some understood civility among those people who park in the garage.

But the big question that caused a debate between Andy and I was, who is to blame here?
I instinctively assumed that the car was to blame here, but I also noticed that the truck didn't do a very good job of parking
