The $40 price tag on the Rolling Stones upcoming pay-per-view concert is looking more like a bargain after the band announced Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga and the Black Keys would make appearances. The Dec. 15 special will air live from the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. It's the final stop on their "50 and Counting" tour stop for 2012.

The pay-per-view begins at 9PM ET, but fans can pay at Yahoo! beginning at 8:30PM for a pre-show special called 'Countdown to the Rolling Stones.' Included will be a countdown of the 10 greatest Rolling Stones moments of all time. The concert will stream on Yahoo" Music immediately after the pre-show.

This is one of two pre-show options one has, as the E! Network is airing a one-hour special called 'Live From the Rolling Stones' that airs at 8PM ET. This promises exclusive interviews with Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood and company. There will also be behind-the-scenes footage from the Prudential Center.

The previously announced lineup includes Mary J. Blige and Gary Clark Jr. Fans can find additional information about how to access the event in their market at the band's website.
