Best Corned Beef and Cabbage in Billings [Vote]

Everybody's got their own opinion on this.  And I want to know what you think.  My favorite Corn Beef and Cabbage comes from a bar I used to work at in Phoenix.  Sandy the owner, is one hell of a cook.  I've never had any Corn Beef and Cabbage like that anywhere again.

This year I would like to venture out for my Corn Beef and Cabbage.  Last year I made it at home, Sandy's recipe.  Alright, time to vote! Who's the goods for the upcoming holiday?
