Crosby, Stills and Nash Announce Massive 2012 Summer Tour
Fifty two. That’s not their average age, but the amount of dates that Crosby, Stills and Nash have scheduled for their upcoming summer tour.
David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash will hit the road in early June in Philadelphia and stay there through September. It’s a massive trek, but these gentlemen are certainly up for the task. Need proof? Well, the trio is halfway across the world right now, playing dates Down Under and in New Zealand. There’s no time to rest for tried and true rock ‘n’ rollers, regardless of their ages.
As always, CSN are doing the right thing as opposed to just singing about doing the right thing. In this case, $1 from each ticket sold during the tour will be donated to charity, according to Vintage Vinyl News.
Their on-again but mostly off-again partner Neil Young won’t be along for this trek — he’s recently put Crazy Horse back together for at least one and possibly two new albums — but a live album from the quartet’s 1974 world tour is supposedly heading our way soon.
