Flooding Concerns Continue

Flooding concerns continue across the state. The Captain Clark fishing access on the Yellowstone river east of Pompeys Pillar is closed. The James Kipp recreation area located on the upper Missouri breaks is closed. The Milk river is expected to hit major flood stage this afternoon.  Yellowstone and Stillwater Counties continue to have problems as well.
