If Zac Efron can take a shot to the jaw with dignity (too soon?), he can certainly handle anything Seth Rogen has to throw at him. The two star in the upcoming comedy 'Neighbors,' the trailer for which features the two in a heated showdown as a family man and a douchey frat guy trying to boot the other off their residential block.

Rose Byrne joins Rogen in this comedy about a married couple who find themselves living next to an ungodly frat house after the birth of their first child. Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse make up part of Efron's fraternity crew as they attempt to claim dominion over the neighborhood with their hard-partying-at-all-hours-of-the-night lifestyle. Who will come out on top? It's too soon to say, but if the new 'Neighbors' trailer wasn't an indication, the involvement of producer Evan Goldberg (who co-wrote the screenplay and for and produced 'This Is the End') is a good sign of many shenanigans to come.

In addition to the new 'Neighbors' trailer, which debuted on Yahoo Movies, Universal released a new poster (shown below) of the two leading men prepping to throw down. We'll be able to see them in action come May 9, 2014.
