The Best Halloween Hood In Billings

I wanted to give a shout to those people in the 3rd and Clark vicinity that make Halloween so incredible every year. My kid and hundreds more had a great time. Some pretty amazing set ups this year too, but as you can see from the pic, my phone sucks at night photos.
