Third World Country or Billings?

This picture is from the top floor of the Double Tree in Billings at about 7:30 am this morning.  It looks cold because it is cold, and it's going to get colder. Saturday night into Sunday will likely be the coldest. Air temperatures on Sunday could be near minus 20.  The winds won't be real strong but any wind will be enough to get a wind chill of minus 30 to minus 40. The National Weather Service reminds everyone to make sure any exposed skin is covered up.  Several daily temperatures could fall this weekend.
