Voter Turnout is a Sad Commentary on Electoral Process [Opinion]

Today is election day in Billings and it's sad to think what the voter turnout will be.

Sometimes, I think we really don't care what happens -- or that my vote won't matter anyway.

Well, think of it this way. We all probably had a family member who served or died protecting that right.

Sometimes though, I wish some people wouldn't vote. We would be better off.
