Jimmy Fallon begins a new era in late night television this week.  This evening, the former Saturday Night Live and Late Night star officially takes over for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show.

Fallon's first show won't lack for star power.  U2 is the scheduled musical guest.  The band will perform their latest single "Invisible" live.  Bono and company are also expected to update the status of their latest studio album, which is due out this summer.

Don't be surprised if other rock icons make unscheduled appearances on Fallon's show.  Over the years, Fallon has parodied, impersonated, and sang with several legendary rockers including Neil Young, Mick Jagger, Bruce Springstein, Elton John and many more.
