This week, a locally owned business in Billings is finally open, after a few months of delays... and this business is unique! (Finally... not ANOTHER coffee shop or place to buy alcohol)

Snack Time Market, at 1108 Broadwater Avenue, is located just to the left of the (now empty) Edible Arrangements building. Their parking lot offers plenty of parking, as this is not meant to be more than a 5-minute visit type of business.

Upon walking in yesterday, we were greeted by the owner of the new venture, Allan Ness, and he proceeded to explain everything to us... though it is quite a simple business plan.

1. Setup Vending Machines with tasty offerings
2. Make those vending machines accept ALL forms of payment.
   1. Cash, Coin, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
3. Have Microwaves available to heat any items.
4. ... Profit!

It's mind-blowingly simple, but a fantastic idea. He also owns other businesses in Billings, but decided to open this as a showcase of sorts on the technology, and what can be done with a limited staffing setup.

Coming soon is an industrial Keurig machine, allowing for instant hot water for noodles and such... and Ice Cream is also on the way. Ness said he has around 780 products in the machines for food, and will soon have around 360 drink products alone... all packed into these machines.
