Billings Driver Harassing Bicyclists [VIDEO]

I was driving on Fourth Avenue a headed toward MetraPark when I saw a White Ford diesel truck purposefully covering bicyclists and pedestrians in plumes of exhaust. I know that this can't be new.

In fact, I would imagine this happened shortly after diesel-powered vehicles were invented, but I had never actually witnessed it until I saw it here in Billings.

The three guys inside were laughing hysterically. As ashamed as I am to admit it, so was I.

I didn't film this event because I was driving, but I was able to find a perfect example video from YouTube. Have you ever done this to anyone? Has it happened to you?
