Cold On The Way

I started a fire tonight.  I don't know if it is a mental thing, but I read the forecast every day.  Tonight and tomorrow we are expecting -5 wind chill.  I'm ok with that.  So I also started a fire tonight, but also brought up a couple of portable heaters for our bedroom and the bathroom.  I personally enjoy a little cooler room and bedroom.  My wife has a an electric blanket.  We all know it is fun and games to stay warm "together" for oh, about 5 minutes.  Then someone is "a bit warm here".  I have found it is better to be prepared as opposed to getting up at 3am, going down stairs to find the heaters.  For those of you have missed the summer, get ready for a usual winter.  Last time I checked, it happens every year.  So....plan ahead.
