Two of the most affordable grocery stores in Montana include Town & Country Foods and WinCo. Both stores are employee owned. You may have to bag your own groceries at WinCo, but as a result, the prices you'll find on the shelves are lower. T & C has been serving Montanans since 1966.

Kroger and Albertsons recently announced a merger with C & S Wholesale Grocers, and sold off a number of grocery stores across the country, including in Montana.
