Fourth Avenue Road Construction Continues in Billings

If you're planning on heading into the Heights this weekend, perhaps for the Health and Fitness Expo at MetraPark, keep in mind that Fourth Avenue does have a couple of lanes closed. It doesn't start until around 23rd Street, so it isn't terrible, but Zimmerman Trail may be more appealing for some.
