I Love My Wife, But Can She Move A Sign Like This?

24th and Broadwater in Billings IS the place to be at a traffic light.  This lovely lady first waved at me a couple of days ago.

I have since been driving by with my window down trying to get her attention.  Maybe I'm too old.  Maybe we don't have anything in common, but I have this feeling that she is trying to get my attention.  I know that she seems a little stiff at first, but the hand truck she stands on is awesome!  I guess I should come clean and let my wife know that someone has been waving to me.  Knowing my wife, she will just give me "that" smile knowing that I came home not wanting plastic or batteries.
