Recently I came across an advertisement for "Amazon Clinic". We are all very familiar with Amazon, and its offerings, however, this is something new. Since COVID came and went, we've changed how we visit the doctor. For the small things, there really is no need to go to the walk-in clinic. Just open an app, and get seen in minutes. So what is Amazon doing in healthcare?

"Healthcare is a message away"

I've used the mobile apps to see a doctor in these past few years, and it worked as advertised. Now, from Amazon, you can get treatment for "common health concerns at your convenience" without the need for appointments or even a video call.

Plus, as a bonus, the clinicians are all licensed for the US, so you're likely talking to someone you might even know!

What treatments does Amazon offer?

Here's a list of what I could find being offered in Montana:

  • General Health
    • Pink Eye
    • Sinus Infections
    • Cold Sores
    • Motion Sickness
    • COVID-19
    • Acid Reflux (GERD)
