The proliferation of camera phones and other hand-held recording devices has made it increasingly likely that various forms of ‘Fail’ get captured on video.

This video might prove that it was a banner year for human failure caught on film. There were enough bad landings, unfortunate ricochets, stubbornly situated inanimate objects and generally awful decisions to compile a 12 minute long video.
