That’s It, I’m Putting Up The Lights Early This Year

It's been so nice lately that I think I'd better take advantage and try to get some lights up sometime in the next week or so. Other than a couple days midweek, the extended forecast looks pretty good too for late November in Billings.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not actually going to turn them ON right now. That would be ridiculous. It's not even Thanksgiving yet! I don't really appreciate how everybody seems to start shoving the Christmas season down our throats the day after Halloween either.

I usually procrastinate on the outdoor lights. Not this year. You're not going to see me out there in 20 degree weather, snow blowing on the roof, standing on an ice covered ladder, cursing why I didn't do it sooner.
