The Top 5 Places In Billings To Mind Your Business
Have people forgotten how to mind their own business in this era? It seems that way, as we are all interconnected with our smart devices... and as soon as someone has a problem, people will jump in and share their own issues.
Sometimes we just need to wind down and quit being in everyone else's business. After chatting with the team here at Townsquare, here are our Top 5 Places To Mind Your Business in Billings (With a few honorable mentions)
#5 A City Park (Norm's Island, Two Moon Park, Etc)
A day out to the park is always nice and calming. Getting to walk around, listening to nature, and hopefully leaving your phone in your pocket. Plus, you never know, you might get to chat with someone and make a new friend! Some people need some new friends.
#4 Rimrock View (but not too late at night)
If you want one of the best views in Billings, I'd say park your car up at Rimrock View and take in the lights of Billings at night. Though, if you stay too long, you may end up seeing more than you bargained for!
#3 The Billings Public Library
Education is great, and having unlimited access to it for free as a Montana Resident? Even better. Visit the library, grab a book, and find a comfy seat. Kill a few hours that way. And before heading home, grab a movie to watch... or even rent a game console.
#2 Parking Somewhere and Jamming Out
I've done this myself, parking over on 24th and watching cars go by as I jam out in my own car. It's nice, and a change of scenery. Plus... if you get tired of looking at something, move to a new spot!
#1 Your Own Home
Wise words everyone should live by... "If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all." Kick it at home, find something good to watch, and relax. Or, swing by the grocery store and grab some cookie dough to bake. Take some time away from being constantly connected.
Honorable Mention Rent a Cabin
Might be time to get out of the "big" city, and experience the great outdoors! Spring is the perfect time to rent a cabin somewhere, like Yellowstone, and see life from another perspective.
Honorable Mention Let Out Rage in a Rage Room
If you need to release some frustration, visit a rage room. Try to only break THEIR stuff, and not your own devices.
